Kevin Meyer is a Sports Performance Coach and current member of the US Army. He has been a competitive athlete his entire life, competing in many sports, from hockey, football, wrestling, track and field, to now finding his home in CrossFit and Weightlifting.
Kevin began coaching for his passion in helping others succeed in all of their goals, no matter how big or small. He believes that the psychology of sport and fitness training plays a vital role in the success of any program. Kevin fosters a positive training environment to help clients overcome self-doubt or perceived limitations, to achieve their full potential.
